Underfloor Heating (UFH) and Screeding

Underfloor heating (UFH) is the fashionable preference to use in your domestic and commercial premises, as it provides seamless heating without the need for radiators. We have extensive experience of providing screeding for your underfloor heating system. Below are some examples of our screeding for underfloor heating, based in London and South East England.

Product: Ground floor: 1200 gauge damp proof membrane, 75mm Kingspan insulation, 500 gauge polythene, 25mm perimeter strip, 75mm traditional sand and cement screed incorporating PP fibre reinforcement. First floor: 75mm Kingspan insulation, electrical underfloor heating, 25mm perimeter strip, 75mm traditional sand and cement screed incorporating PP fibre reinforcement.
Comments: A complicated project as the screeders had to screed with the stud work in place. Thicker screed depths retain the heat more effectively than thinner depths which means the system is more energy efficient.
