Equipment and Machinery

At O. C. Floor Screeding we own all our equipment and plant.

All our screeders are issued with Topcon lasers that automatically self-level and beam a rotating laser to a receiving sensor. This ensures the precision of the screed being laid. Our lasers are regularly calibrated to ensure their accuracy.

We own a fleet of Putzmeister M760 diesel pneumatic screed pumps, which mix and transport the screed. These are recognised in the industry as the number one equipment for screeding. The pumps have regular 300 hours service checks and each machine has a record of its service history. We aim for all pump operators to be fully trained operatives and are authorised to use our plant machinery.
