Fibre Reinforced Screed

Fibre screed is also known as PP (Polypropylene) fibre or reinforced screed. It is ideal for all situations as it inhibits cracking, improves strength, cohesion and is impact resistance. Fibre Reinforced Screed in Witham, Essex

Location: Witham, Essex
Quantity: 8,600 square meters
Products: The ground floor for the houses and flats had a base of polythene, 75mm of Kingspan insulation, polythene, perimeter strips and 75mm fibre screed. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors had a base layer of rubber insulation, perimeter strips and 65mm fibre screed.
Comments: A large development which incorporated reinforced screed with various insulation.

Screed with Fibres in Chelsea, London

Location:Chelsea, London
Quantity: 380 square meters
Products: 1200 gauge damp proof membrane, 25mm Kingspan perimeter strip, 100mm Kingspan insulation, 80mm Screed with PP Fibres for the ground floor.
Comments: This area will be used as a retail space and is a commercial project.

Reinforced Fibre Screed in Park Royal, London

Location:Park Royal
Quantity: 1600 meters squared.
Product: 75mm Kingspan insulation and 100mm fibre screed
Comments: Pictured - 6 metres squared base for revolving door.

PP Fibre Screed in West Hampstead.

Location: West Hampstead, NW6
Quantity: 580 meters squared. 6 flats on 3 floor levels
Product: Floor levels: 75mm Kingspan insulation, electrical underfloor heating, 25mm perimeter strip, silver cloth tape, 75mm traditional sand and cement screed incorporating PP fibre reinforcement.
Comments: Another complicated project as the stud work was in place prior to screeding.
