Bonded Screed

Bonded screed or polymer screed is ideal where a high strength, thinner depth is required. The polymer additive increases the durability, flexibility and strength of the mixture. Here at O. C. Floor Screeding, we have the expertise to use this product and have compiled some examples below of projects in which we have used polymer screed.

Polymer Bonded Screed in Shoreditch, London

Location: Shoreditch, London
Quantity: 67 square meters. Photographic studio on the ground floor.
Product: 35-115mm of compacted polymer bonded screed incorporating PP fibre reinforcement.
Comments: Due to the depth of 35mm, a heavy duty polymer bonded screed was suitable for this project. Also a high strength was required as cars are photographed within this studio space.
